• Clean up destinations -- make them plugins and allow more than one at a time

• Look at Australian AC3 issue (PMT type 0x06 not 0x81)

• Lots of improvements to the IP/DVB decoder
• Fix internal MPEG decoder to get rid of blockiness and add 4:2:2 support
• Fix program stream recording - mux rate needs to be calculated from the PCR of the incoming TS packets
• Add program stream source that converts PS to TS in real-time
