Using the RFX-MDR with TSReader |

Introduction
In order to use RF Central RFX-MDR with TSReader, you must
first change the Windows driver and select the appropriate source
module in TSReader. Follow these steps in order to operate this
receiver.
Driver Installation
- Launch the Windows Device Manager. If you don't know what
that is, please don't continue - ask someone for help.
- Open up the "Sound, video and game controllers"
tree and locate the item named "Freecom DVB-T stick".
- Right click and choose "Update Driver..."
- When asked to install the software Automatically (Recommended),
check the other option - Advanced.
- Check the box "Don't search..." and hit Next.
- On the next dialog you'll see a list box with the standard
driver ("Freecom DVB-T stick"). Ignore this and click
the "Have disk" button.
- Point to the TSReader\Drivers\DTVWorks folder.
- You'll now see a new driver called "Freecom DVB-T stick
(for TSReader)".
- Hit Next and you'll probably get a "Not signed"
warning dialog - click Continue.
TSReader Source Module
What you do next depends on the edition of TSReader you use.
For TSReader Lite and TSReader Standard:
- Launch TSReader with the Ctrl key down and choose the "RFCentral_RFX-MDR-PC"
source module.
For TSReader Professional:
- Launch TSReader and the profile list will appear.
- Click File/New to create a new profile.
- Select the "RFCentral_RFX-MDR-PC" source module
and name the profile appropriately.
- Launch the newly created profile.
